Brian Luzader

Brian Luzader’s paintings play with the idea of intuitive (and often meditative) creative processes and spontaneity. His abstracted “Flow” paintings spill across the canvas with an explosion of highly saturated color. Luzader frequently utilizes metallic acrylics, and is interested in how light reflects off of the pearlescent pigments, changing throughout the day with the sun. 

Brian Luzader received a BFA in Furniture Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with an associates degree in sculpture. He lives and works in Asheville, North Carolina, and has a studio in the River Arts District. Brian has been an active art installer for multiple galleries within the Asheville area.
